Northcutt of Cobb County

Jesse Jones Northcutt, son of Alexander Northcutt of Maryland and his wife, Lucy (Robison) Northcutt of North Carolina, was born 1820 in Georgia and died 1888 in Marietta, Cobb County. He was married on 9/13/1844 in Gwinnett County to Asenth E. Barber (11/12/1826-7/26/1906), daughter of George Baber and his wife, Nancy Ann (Haynes) Baber. Jesse was a dry goods merchant in Marietta. Issue:

• Willie Eugenia Northcutt (called Sweetie), born 9/5/1866 in Marietta, died 1/19/1934 in Los Angeles, California.
