Where to Find Books

Commercial book dealers, such as Genealogical Publishing Company, Clearfield Company, Mountain Press, McDowell Publications and Willow Bend Books typically publish various genealogical records, as well as family histories. Typically, when they they sell their supply, the books go "out of print". These companies generally reprint, as demand occurs, usually a year or two later.

This is one of the reason that I publish bible records, genealogies, and probate records on CD-ROM. Running out is not an option, because of the simplicity in burning some more CDs. This makes my Georgia material readily available.
